39 MP? Wow talk about overkill! I have a 4 MP camera and find the pictures large enough. I doubt I would have enough memory to even edit a 39MP picture with Adobe, never mind even look at it. Unfortunately though, MP will rise higher and higher because one camera company will release a high MP and all the others will follow and then another will go higher and so on.

Its just like Computer Processor speed. I went from a 950MHz to a 3 GHz (3000 MHz) and I barely notice a difference. Its raised more to sell computers then need. Just like MP will rise too just to sell DigiCams.
