I see youre from Houston and that looks to be Texas Raiders in your av. Are you coming to Temple next week for her debut since the repair work?

i have been watching alot of the nascar replays here in aussie and love it!
hows our aussie brother doing in the nascar series !
his name is marcus ambrose !
everytime i watch he seems to be sitting in about 20th place or worse !
no shock though i guess ! it is a ford after all.:)

last night we had 1 hr of the taldega sprint series qualifying !
awesome.
i thought marcus ambrose #47 would not drive anything but a ford but it seems hes in a toyota camry.
1 question now! about the toyota camry's ! do they have a toyota v8 engine or what.:)

Actually Texas Raider's debut (after 7 years of work) was the Wings Over Houston show last October.

I saw Thunderbird flying there, but not Texas Raiders though she could have been a static display there. If I missed her as a static then the "debut" is meant in terms of flying.

You are correct, Texas Raiders did not fly @ Wings Over Houston

All NASCAR Sprint Cup, Camping World Truck, and Nationwide Series vehicles use V8's from either Chevrolet, Ford, Dodge, or Toyota. These engines have little resemblance to V8's used in current street vehicles, ie: NASCAR engines have pushrods, carburetors, (no fuel injection, overhead cams, or computers) and are designed to specific NASCAR specifications.

we had live footage of some nascars today in aussie land !
it was i think in georgia some where!!
it is the first time i have seen night racing but it was very good!!
but the only thing i did not like was the size of the track !:(
it was to small!
basicaly a small round track!!
1 question for everyone outside of australia is do you get coverage of the australian v8 supercar racing like the bathurst 1000klm race in november every year!

Nationwide and Sprint Cup were at Richmond, a 3/4 mile track.
We do get at least some of the Aussie V8 series here on SPEED channel, however I have to admit I rarely watch as the racing season here has ended and I'm pretty much ready for a break.
SPEED also covers the German Touring Car Series and some sort of similar races from Great Britain also.
