i was just wondering when exactly do you need a model release or a property release? i mean you pay a model to do something that you intend on selling, yes you need a model release, but you just sit in a park snaping interesting shots, that just so happend to get picked up by a stock photo agency...are you supposed to go up to everyone and say, "well i was just taking pictures of you from a distance, and would you be so kind as to sign this release?" and when/ what do you use a property release for??? helP!! :p
