I'm meeting up with a local MUA and model for a TFP shoot. Do I need some sort of release form for the model and MUA to sign? Just in case something happens in the future? Never done a release before since all I've done so far is just asking friends to model for me.
Thanks.

In a word, YES! If you ever want to be able to use the images for anything other than editorial purposes, a model release is required. Besides, a clearly understood model release is your insurance policy in the event of a future dispute with the model. I never, ever, ever shoot without a release.

The model must sign a release. The MUA, not. But if she wants to use any images commercially (soliciting her own business, which is probably why she's participating) she will either need her own release from the model, or your release will have to be written broadly enough to cover her use as well.

Always get a release. It just make life easier.
Have Fun,
