Taken with: 350d - 17-40 - Circ Polarizer
The Ryde Queen was built in 1936 at the cost of £46,000. The paddle steamer had a variety of roles ranging from a pleasure cruiser, a minesweeper and an anti-aircraft ship during the war and then a nightclub. The boat was then destroyed by fire in 1977. She has sat in this very place since.
