I'm thinking about building a website with photo contests and am wondering...

What are some of the more popular websites are for photo contests? Do any of you participate in them on a regular basis?

Actually, to be honest, this is exactly something I'm looking for.

Of course, you'll want to get some photo magazines in there-popphoto, shutterbug, american photo, etc.
Gizmodo has interesting contests every week, usually dealing with a theme. The challenge is, the photo must be shot from when the contest was announced and the due date. No archival shots that you've been saving for years for just this moment.
