I have a model that has contacted me requesting photos with her "Wet" In a tight white t-shirt, no bra and jean shorts, or bikini type stuff.
What is the best way for me to achieve this look, with it truly looking like she just came in out of a pouring rainstorm
Any sample shots of work you may have done like this, please share them for ideas?
And its not warm enough to take her out into a lake yet

Hose pipe for the win i think!
Get one of the hoses where you can change the flow of water, you want a drizzle or a sprinkle pointed above her, so the water then falls onto her like the rain...
Do a little bit, then take some pictures and repeat untill you get that natural wet look your going for!

You also might want to consider a way to warm the water so the shoot is more enjoyable for the model. If she's shivering as she's just been sprayed with a hose, her expressions might not be the best.

I meant to achieve the look, not for the actual shoot.

I would get her wet in the shower, then keep her looking wet with a spray bottle. After she is wet you can also spray her with glycerin to make convincing water droplets.
Have Fun,

Hot tub, jacuzzi, heated pool. Have her jump in and come out. If she puts on lotion first, the beads of water might stick, which should get a good look. Baby oil will definitely result in beading, but the water could sheet off the skin too quickly.
The spray bottle with water is a good tip, and you can use that for touch ups.

Warm water advice is bad. Cold water and a fan to further increase evaporative cooling makes for better pictures. Get the killer shots and giver her some hot choclate to warm up after.
Not tougue in cheek either. Seriously use ice water.

We will be doing these at a lake. We have set up the time and place. Water will still be pretty darn cold. She wants an earthy natural look to the photos. Not something that screams sex and porn. Im kind of drawing ideas up in my head but any other suggestions are appreciated

Wet hair toss.
See famous Hellen Hunt shots from the movie "as good as it gets". When she was pulling the wet t-shirt away from her chest...
Coming up from the water
Drying hair with towel wrap.
Wringing out the shirt.
close up of jeans shorts and inner thies... water running down
T-shirt pulled up. bare tummy showing the round bottoms of her breasts still covering her nipples.
Sexy drying off shots.

Try playing around with baby oil ( on everything) as well.
This is not the best shot, I was just playing around with different ideas. Tanke in the shower and the bottle was given a liberal amount of oil.

baby oil and glycerin as suggested always helps.
But worst comes to worst, water itself is just good.
Remember not to get to close, you will tempted too mostly if you are putting the water on. Wide Angle exagerrated shots does not a happy model make.
Here are some examples using just water

like have been said, run a thin layer of baby oil on the skin where she wants to make it look wet. since the oil will stop the skin from absorbing water, it will just roll down the skin over the thin layer of oil.
but with the hair, just use plain old water. use a myster (or whatever you want to call that water sprayer thingymajiggy) to apply water over skin.
you can "recreate" whatever she wants you to do
