Sorry if this is the wrong topic to post this in.

There is a large Catholic church on a mountain side not far from my house, I went up there awhile ago to get some shots and these are the few I like.

Constructice criticism welcome. I have no other way to learn my wrongs from rights.

OK :) It would help us all if you put your location under your name, you can do this by pressing "User CP" and then "Edit Profile". Thats all the Constructice criticism I have. Your pictures are very nice. Where did you take them?

ok, fixed that.

I took them at a church up the street and up the mountain from my house. Not sure of the church name, but I know its a large Catholic church.

I like the 1st one best. It has a nice perspective. The arm welcoming an open landscape with hardly any population. The black and white has just the right feel for the scene, adds to the sense of emptiness.

i think they're great shots, the only critisism i have is, i think you should go and up the contrast on the second one a bit. there don't really seem to be any really black blacks, or white whites, just kinda mish-mash of grays..

thanks for the input.

I agree about adding contrast to the second picture. I'm suprised I didnt, thats usually the first thing I do with black and white photos.
