Just ask them if you can register your copy with Adobe. I'm pretty sure they will either tell you no, or give you some doubletalk.

It stinks.

Why is the software so inexpensive?
We offer the software for downloading only, it means that you do not receive a fancy package, a printed manual and license that actually aggregate the largest part of the retail price.

That printed manual and license will get you every time. lol. Actually, I just made the jump from elements to the full CS2 on the actual adobe website tonight. If you're upgrading from elements, it's $499 instead of $599 and it's legal and licensed. I know it's expensive, but you can register your copy and get all the updates and tech support and you'll be able to upgrade later when another new version comes out. I wouldn't waste the $70. Also, if they're dishonest enough to sell copies like that, I doubt they'll be there to help you out if it doesn't work or something. Just my $.02.

Some of that downloaded software comes with extras, like virus & trojans, too.
If you're eligible for a student discount, you can get CS for about $300.

The cheapest way to get a full and legal copy of CS2 is to buy an OEM version of PS6 from German Ebay, then You can upgrade for something around $270.
