i am looking for a post from the G-Series forum from some time towards the end of last year . . .

All threads from day one are still active on this forum..

thanks, CDS . . . that's what i thought, but then I went into the G-series forum and it only goes back to 5-18-2005. i was looking for posts from 2004 . . . could it have been archived when POTN expanded its forums?

That's because the forum is set to only show posts from the last two months. In the forum, at the bottom under Display Options change it from "Last 2 Months" to "Beginning" and you will see everything ever posted in there. :)
