On one hand there are full length films - on the other hand, a still photograph. Where does a movie with a running time of only 88 seconds fit?

Yes, I thought so too - that is why I posted it here. Not just for the content (which is the best I have ever seen this message done, and a breath of fresh air compared to the normal approach), but also for the beautiful cinematography. The way the look on the daughters face changes, the super slow motion (particularly at and just after 0:50), the sepia color palate, and even the music.

I am really surprised that no one else has commented. Go figure!

I love good cinematogrophy and this is a good example of that. It really sends a good message to those who drive w/o a seat belt.
