Book wanted - Shooting Portraits for Dummies?

Could anyone recommend a textbook type thing which might educate me on what makes for a good portrait?

I have the portrait lighting book and it's great. I still try to avoid flash, but you can't indoors or out. I also think a simple tutorial type book like Understanding Exposure helps with learning the camera and settings.

I should pickup Understanding Exposure. I haven't, because I don't see the need. I shoot exclusively with manual settings and think I understand it all. I guess I don't, because I'm sure there's more to it than what I know if there's a book on it.

For the portrait book, I was looking for something that would speak a bit about sorta what makes for an interesting portrait. Is the actual "Portraits for dummies" book any good?
