I was going through many photography sites and threads here on this forum. I became very inspired, but limited by my equiptment, started wondering if I will ever create an interesting shot (A 95). Well, I am seeing things through different eyes these days and now find the most ordinary things interesting. So, with the help of post processing and a lot of coffee, did I create anything interesting with these photos today, or should I just go back to sleep?

TYhe last one is my favorite. Love the rich colors and contrast of the gravel.

Did you take these on certain settings or just Automatic functions? They're great, although I have no idea what the first picture is supposed to be.

Thank you for checking them out, I woke early to get these, then spent about an hour Post Processing to put them up. This was my first time getting out so early to snap shots. I think I was the only one awake in the whole freeekin world. I must do that again, it was fantastic fun!

I have not used auto settings for a while now. I fluctuated shutter/apeture from 1/8 to 1/15 - f6.5 t6.5 to f8, I used single AF and evaluate white balance. I love manual, I hit the set button 3 times and I can control where I want my focus! for an A series camera, thats pretty cool:D Then I spent an hour post processing before I put them up this morning. I'm sooooo sleeepy now lol, not slept in a while, too busy snappin' pics!
Thank you for taking the time to check out my stuff!

That blue thing is one of these, shooting from right underneath, pointing toward the sky:P

This last one looks a bit saturated (maybe some of the others, too) but you have managed more interesting views, scenes, textures, shapes and colors in a morning walk than I do at a concert! I am especially inspired by the rusted nuts, much as I was with the set that 4nR posted in his recent collection. I just don't see these things which are probably all around me, sigh. Good job.

Thank you for the comments. I agree I over saturated these in PP, now that I am looking at them again. I am really focused on composition. For now these are just practice for when I get a dslr, then I will really focus on getting all the info while still in the camera. :)

I love the texture and shallow DOF in #3... I'm always drawn to rust for texture!
Interesting shots... You're making me want to get out and try this kind of thing too!

I like the water drop on the chainlink fence. Very Cool! A little lens itself. What might also be cool is to flip the image so the "drop's image" is right side up :)

P.S. The way I see it, a big piece of photography is "learning to see" or "learning to see through different eyes."
