What's causing the moire pattern? Very distracting. The underlying image looks pretty good.

The moire is probably caused by the ribbed metal skin of the building. Does that pattern exist on the full sized image or is it caused by the reduction and compression of creating the smaller size?

What program did you use to reduce the image size with?

I think its a good image, but the stripes on that building draw from the cool sky.

I dont know if there's anything you do about that though. :/

Here it is again. I don't remember processing this twice, but I must have because this one doesn't have the moire issue or at least not nearly as bad. And yet, this is the one on my hard drive. Also strange is that I redid the processing on the shot before I found this photo and couldn't get it through PM without the moire showing up. No matter what sliders I slide, and I slide them all. Anyway, this is the one I should have posted in my OP.
