Latest insect shots, a cooperative forkytail. Still learning this so critique welcomed :)
Edit: forgot to say with the exception of the eye these are all full frame, no cropping.

Great images :D
Looks a lot better then when I normally see one of those in my garden :rolleyes:
Are there any entymologists among us that know what they use the forked tail for ???
Their German 'common name' suggests that they will pry it into your ear :shock:
Does not exactly add to their popularity, I may add.

i like the first one the best. i also like in the third shot how its got this "huh?" face....haha
