It doesn't seem to pop as much as other HDRs except for the metal parts... but regardless... here it is:

Wish I had a 17-40 there... I didn't have much time cause the security guards eventually come to shoo you off...

I can't imagine why you'd want any more 'pop' than that. Except for the lens distortion on the left, I think it looks very good. Have you tried to straighten up the perspective on the left? You might even consider doing a small amount of crop.

I like it how it is right now, I just thought that maybe the stairs are a little too dull to be called "HDR" and be put in this section is all. I'm still new to HDR so I can't really define if it's a true HDR type of shot or not, I'll let the pros decide.
As for the distortion and crop, I tried to fix it a little but end up with the building in the back looking like a more awkward sore thumb, or it simply may look disproportioned.
I plan to go back there with a 17-40 a little later/earlier around 1-2am when there are less cars so I might be able to stand in the streets to take a quick shot before having the security notice me.
All and all... thanks for the input, it really is appreciated. :)
