Question on Amazon return policy on lenses

Has anyone had experience with Amazon's return or exchange policy on lenses?
Was the process easy and trouble free?
How long do you have?

don't have experience specifically with returning a lens, but returning merchandize in general is pretty painless. you have several options, i usually just print out the label, drop the package off and wait a few weeks for the refund. they are not the fastest, but i have not experienced any problems.

not sure about how long you have on lenses. probably 30 days. also becareful because sometimes the lenses will be sold by other affiliated companies (like adorama), the return policy/treatment may be different.

I have returned many things to Amazon (gosh, that sounds bad - not their fault.) BEST customer service in the world!! I would buy from them before I buy from almost anywhere else.
