...did they make the movie mode crapper than it was before !

My A70 shoots the higher res 30sec clips at 15fps...the A95 is 10fps.

Furthermore, why the hell don't they just remove the 30sec limit altogether ?

I've just ordered an A95 to replace my knackered A70 (dropped too many times !) but was bit alarmed by this anomaly.

Am I missing something or is this just stupidity by Canon ?

haha I dunno the Canon GL2 makes pretty good movies.

30secs is so ridiculous. The A80s limit is at 3 minutes which is atleast ok
