If he was going for realistic then yes but these look like paintings so i really like them.

I agree with 007 - would try a good exposure/normal processing - not HDR

I think they look fine the way they are. I like both the highly-processed and more natural process depending on the subject. It is completely a personal choice. I think it is funny when people come in and say "you pushed it too far," as if that were fact. It's completely up to you.
