colour swap on G11

Just bought G11.
Try to figure out how to use the function of colour swap (I follow the manual). But it is unsucessful.
Can somebody tell me or give me a link showing the way to use. And how the final product looks like.
I tried the colour accent successfully.

take colour swap function
in the center of the display you select the colour to swap with the macro button
you go with the center of the display to colour you want to use and press the flash button
and take a picture.
and the results are not always so good.
