Awesome free online storage perfect for sharing pics

I found this program last night and it's certainly better than Microsoft Mesh ( which Ive been using for some time now )

Its a cloud type online storage which you can use to sync a folder across all the computer's you use.
Basically it creates a folder on your current pc ( looks no different than a normal windows folder ) and the same folder will be available on all the pc you use.
You can also make a folder to be public or shared among your friends

Currently they offer 2gb for free and more storage is available if you pay up.

I have about 4 computers I regularly use ( work, home, laptop, netbook ) and this is so far the easiest way to sync all my photos...
I take all sorts of pictures using my cellphone and trying to sync a phone using windows mobile is a pain...this does help quite a bit in this regards

p.s. Microsoft Mesh gives 5gb to work with but you have to install silverlight and the interface is a bit more complicated so I decided to go with dropbox

Does dropbox have any features besides the folder sync? Mesh offers the remote desktop control which I really like. Works behind most firewalls.

maximumpc did an article ( several actually ) on different useful hacks for dropbox.
They seem to be very fond of dropbox (more than mesh)

They seem to be working on adroid app for dropbox, iphone app is already in place and working well

I highly suggest you check it out..
I no longer use mesh for syncing my folders

p.s. for remote desktop, I use teamviewer which is free and easy to use...
