I am getting married! Believe it.
I would like to check this form to see if there are any qualified photographers who will be in Mexico at this specific time, or would be interested in traveling to do the gig.
About me, I'm 35, my fiancee is 28. I work in King of Prussia, PA. We live nearby, in the suburbs just outside Phila. We are really laid back. I am not a professional photographer. I just pretend that I am, for fun. All of my friends who are pros, shoot the kind of images I can't show my Mom and Dad. So I want someone who has wedding experience and a web site to prove it.
Our wedding will be extremely laid back. On the beach, no religious stuff, our families are all grown up. There prolly won't be a wedding party. And there we'll only have about 40 guests. Easy easy easy ceremony, like 20 minutes maybe? And the party will be simple as well. It will be relaxing. I just want some really quality pics of the significant aspects of a wedding, even though our's isn't going to include many of the trademarks. So I'll need your creativity and expertise.
If you have a significant other who wants to travel with you, we can talk. If you need an extra set-up... and they are capable and careful, it's possible they can use my 7D and become a 2nd shooter.
The resort is ridiculously clean and modern yet elegant. My fiancee is a foodie, so naturally it's a gourmet all inclusive :)

Beach Front Resort south of Cancun in Riviera Maya section of Mexico.
Money, we'll talk offline naturally about fee. Regarding the vacation/trip aspect... the flights from PHL and EWR are between $350-450 RT PP. And a lot of our friends are paying approx $1000 for 4 days including air, hotel, transfers, food, drinks, tips, the works.
Obviously I'm hoping to find a qualified photographer who will view this as an awesome opportunity to capture some amazing shots in a very beautiful location, all while taking a mini vacation, shooting my wedding for 5 hours on Saturday 11/13/2010, and obviously, get paid.
Cheers,
Ryan
