This is just a hacks opinion, but where the water is seems non-descript apart from where the spray is. Maybe as suggested above, some sky??

now that I look at it, sky would be nice, though the only thing cropped out is more land in the background, maybe I could edit the image, and combine a sky picture to replace the land? I will mess with the levels a bit to try and bring out the water as well.

well, here is my 2 minute attempt to play around with photoshop a bit, I could probably find a better sky, but I just wanted to see if it was possible to edit in something other than the original image, Still very new at doing anything with photoshop other than converting files.
