So I finally bought my light stand and a shoot-thu umbrella.


We decided to go out and take some pictures.

The pictures where taken at Kuboda Gardens in Seattle,WA

I love the scenery!
Try making her wear her regular pants (non maternity jeans).. I know it won't button or zip up.. but it's always nice to take a shot of that.

The last shot - is she wearing maternity pants with elastic waists? It would be better without those so that the belly is more defined.

I'm not a pro at all.. I actually have my first maternity shoot on Friday.. But these are the things I learned from the photographer who took my maternity pics :)

I think they are beautiful!! She should LOVE them! I didn't know that beautiful garden was in Seattle?! I'm going to have to check it out one weekend! :D GREAT job!

The other side of the water has nice scenery. I'm in port orchard, the other side of water from seattle. It's been raining most days of the week and I've been waiting for summer heat since it started getting cold again last year. Nice shots! I might wanna check that garden out one day.
