I worked a bit more on it.
Here's the final product. How do you like it?

the second photo look very sharp i like it and the color too. the clouds on the left side looked a bit unnatural though.

Yes . There a bit OE. Not much I could do there. In the original pic I managed to balance the metering a bit more, since the house was completely in the shade and the clouds were receiving the rays of the descending sun, but when converted to BW they got OE... :confused:

Freddy, you took this picture? I could have sworn this picture was from a old newspaper or magazine from the late 1800's. Awesome job with what you did with it:)

So to answer your question in your second post, I like the first one better.

I personally like the first better, its a great shot. I'm sure that house has lots of stories behind those walls.
