New to photoshop CS5 Help

I just got photoshop cs5 extended and Ive been having a hard time undestanding how to use it properly. It's just so much complicated than what I have been using Aperture for my Mac. I am thinking about taking some classes on photoshop however, I wanted to know if any1 could suggest some online video tutorials I that mght help. I'm more of a visual person as supposed to reading books.

Join NAPP (http://www.photoshopuser.com/) (National Association of Photoshop Professionals.)

Their magazine is great, you get discounts on all kinds of stuff (software and hardware .. Free Shipping from B&H alone pretty much pays for my NAPP Membership every year!) There's also http://www.lynda.com/ to consider for training. Youtube has thousands of videos as well.

Photoshop is many things to many people and can take years to fully master (if that can even be done...)
