Just the usual student prank, but every time they clear it off the next day or at least after the weekend theres a new cone.
been going on so long now it become an attraction of sorts. also it's outside Glasgow modern art gallery.

Yep! I was up there last weekend, didn't have my camera with me at that point. The guys I was with said it gets taken down every night and put up again straight away!
