slideshow software?

I am looking for a program to turn photos into a slideshow with music so I can post or create DVD's. Can anyone recommend one that is quick and easyto use?

Depends on how quick and easy you really mean. With ProShow Gold, I can export directly out of lightroom and into PRoShow. Drag and drop to rearange, ad a few transitions, a bit of music then export and done.

I tried the Arcsoft software tonight and it crashed on me twice. The other thing is I could only choose 1 photo at a time, so that made it a lengthy process. Aside from that I found it easy to use, except for crashing twice and loosing all my work. I will have to keep looking.

It's about $75, and worth every penny

I use Proshow Gold and have for years. I find it very easy and reliable.

I have tried the Proshow Gold and it seems very user friendly. I am creating a DVD however have the Trial Version bar accross the bottom of the pictures. I assume because this is a trial version that will not go away unless I buy it. Aside from that it seems to be what I am looking for.

Actually getting rid of the watermark is very easy. No hacking required. However technically it is illegal.

Definately the best software available! It's worth paying for!
