Let me start by saying hello to everyone. I am hoping that someone might be
able to offer some suggestions for me. I guess you can say I am kind of
fascinated with the moon and I would love to get some very nice shots of it.
However, the standard A75 setup doesn't seem to have what it takes to get
the nice shots. I am hoping someone could offer me some suggestions maybe
on possible lens upgrades I could buy to help me get the shots I am looking
for or if I am trying to get something out of my camera that it just isn't
capable of just let me know. Perhaps there may even be some setting I can
tinker with and get what I am looking for. Thanks in advance.

Hey, I have the A85 with a TC and I can't really get any very detailed pics of the moon. I can get a picture that you can obvousily tell its the moon. I think if your trying to get detailed pictures, your trying to get something out of your camera that just isn't there...

Thanks for the reply. I am not trying to get extremely detailed pictures, but
most of the pictures I take just look like a light that is on in the distance they
really don't offer any suggestion that it is the moon. I know that if I want really
nice shots I would need some more sophistcated hardware, but I am not able
to spend that sort of money on something like that which I won't be using all
that often.
