Hey everyone, just looking for some feedback on my site.

I am hosted through hostgator and used the fantastico to integrate wordpress, and I paid for a theme from studio press. The theme can be tweaked various ways - depending if I can figure out how to do it :)

I plan to find a gallery that doesn't use jquery (can anyone recommend one) so I can keep the featured content gallery on the front page -jquery crashes it :( once I find other gallery's the portfolio will show separate galleries, rather than blog posts.

That aside how is it looking, what else should I do or not do?

Thank you

Changing your <title> tag from 'Rachel Baine Photography' to something like 'Hampton Roads Portrait and Landscape Photography'. People aren't going to search for your name. They'll be searching for a location (your city) and a specialty. ;)

Thanks. I missed that because the all the info is automatically added with the wordpress theme, I should do that with my meta tags too right? because at the moment its reading: <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="<?php bloginfo('html_type'); ?>; charset=<?php bloginfo('charset'); ?>" /> or alternatively find the bloginfo php and change ti from my name to the tags I want?

How is the layout and load time?

I see you changed the title tag, but I think it's too long. Try limiting it to 70 characters or less. Drop any needless words. This is still too long (98 characters) but something like "Hampton Roads Portrait and Art Photographer - Yorktown, Newport News, Williamsburg, Virginia Beach" is better.

Load time is fine. My only 'nit' is it opens up into a new browser window when I click on one of your images.

Thanks, I fixed the most recent image and stopped it opening in a new window, just got to go through and correct all the others now :D
