I do most of my printing through Bay photo but I am looking for a good local lab (Orange County preferably) that I can use when I need to deal with someone face to face or don't want to pay shipping. Any ideas?

I've had great luck with Walmart and others use Costco exclusively. Either one of those would work.

Thanks but I am looking for a pro lab that can do mounting to gatorboard, etc.

Check out A&I in Hollywood. They are a
pro lab.

check out prodpi.com they're in cali they work with mostly pros, awesome work.

I use dot com pro labs regularly and I am happy with the results. I am looking for a reference for an Orange County lab for the times when I want to be face to face for an order or don't want to deal with shipping of large products. Bay Photo does great work but, again, I want to establish a relationship with a local lab. I guess this thread is really geared towards anyone living/working in the OC.

There is Photomation in Anaheim- http://www.photomation.com/ They've been around a long time. They do outstanding work. A little pricey though. I spent quite a bit of money there on 4 lightjet prints for my school's student show.

Samy's Camera is pretty good. You might want to try them.

Although not in Orange County PCL West in Gardena is a full line pro lab, outstanding work as well as customer service.
