I have been a member of the Canaon Forum since around March 05. I recently purchased cable internet to speed up some of the download time for pictures. I love it for this forum. I am having problems getting the pictures now. There are some pages that pull up with no picures. The sticky will have the text, and where the picture is listed the "attached image" is listed with no actual picture. If I log off, then rejoin, I can click on an icon and resubmit my log on info. The picture comes up. I must have my settings set incorrectly or something. Any recommendations how to fix this?

thanks,

Mike Garcia

I'd suggest the first place to try for a solution is your ISP. They would have all the appropriate settings for your connection.

Might it be a firewall problem? Sounds like it. Disable your firewall for a second and see if you can browse ok, than if so you'll know its a problem with the firewall.

I went through each individual index, and found it to be the Privacy Index. Once I disabled it, everything came through. Now I can enjoy High Speed Internet. Thanks a bunch.

Mike
