I don't know where to post this so I apologize if it's in the wrong section. I want to blowup this picture for a poster and a t-shirt iron on. Every time I do it gets blurry. Is there anything I can do? Thanks in advance.

Contact the person that did the original? Get a program that works with vector graphics as opposed to raster graphics?

You'll need to contact the owner of the image anyway to obtain a licence to use it. On which note, since it is not your image, it is against POTN policy to post it here; a link must be provided.
