Canon 50d microadjustment

I lack the "eye", experience, and equipment to properly microadjust my Canon 50d with my new (used) 70-200mm f/2.8 IS and Tamron 17-50mm f/2.8. I do think the microadjustment is a bit off as my pictures do appear slightly "soft". Will pay for your time and experience in adjusting the focus for these two lens.
