A few shots while hiking on Bald Hill in Corvallis, Oregon earlier this month. All taken with the Tokina f/2.8 11-16mm @ ±3.66EV.

Composition wise the first is the clear winner and is very well done. All the blending looks quite good and easily workable now in PS.

The first though you seem to have killed the highlighted grass and turned it into a muddy midtonne. The exposure that is blended there just needs some more edge blurring, and overall the image could use a bit more contrast to deepen the blacks which have been brought up obviously to see some detail.
