i ordered my mug from donsphoto which is a big photo store in Canada. I checked out the site you ordered form and it does seem a bit sketchy. You should inquire if the order has been shipped, and file a report with paypal.

Same here... I ordered from canonmugs.com on May 19th and haven't received them yet - it's been 5 days. Some people with blogs have posted that they've received it though, so I'm staying hopeful... they're a father's day gift for my dad, so let's hope they arrive!

The sketchiest part is the lack of legit contact info, but do you think that might be because of the copyright licensing? They're in China, and they might have supplied Canon for the Olympics, so IF they are legit suppliers, they might just be protecting themselves from being found...

Dunno - please let me know if you have any insight! In any case, I hope they arrive at some point, or I'd have just thrown away $88 to some d-bag. :mad:

I ordered mine from Canonmugs on Ebay and it came about two weeks later. I paid Fifty bucks. Just the look on people's faces when I show them my "new lens" and then pop the top and fill it with water is priceless.

ljym, I DID just receive a tracking number for the items, although not the items themselves yet, so I'm back to being hopeful again. My thought process is this: they already have my money, and i have no way to contact them, so I'm completely at their mercy. Hence, they really didn't need to send me a tracking number, so may, just maybe.... I'll let you know if I receive it.
