Wedding Photographer in Puerto Rico

As the title states. My best friend is getting married in Puerto Rico and he would like to hire a local photographer. He is not opposed to hiring someone non-local and having them fly down, but in order to get more "bang for his buck" it may make more sense to hire someone local.
