Wow, soo this is with the 35mm, f2 lens on your A95? How much is that lens, may I ask? These are very good pictures. I have A95, but never get a macro this good, with just the camera and macro mode. I have got some decent ones, but never get that close with out blur. Great job here very encouraging.

The price, when I looked up this lens (35mm f2) and the price range varies alot. What brand and what price for yours, may I ask?

OK now, THIS is just CRAZY! I followed the links to your how to do it page with the A70, and WOW! Maybe I should just sell my DSLR kit and use my G-5? I DO think you've just proven that a DSLR is not really necessary for good macro shots. Thanks for these posts, and I think you should post in the "How to" sticky above. :D

You can find more A70 + reversed lens information at my homepage (http://megaweb.clubsnap.org/articles/a70_reversed_35mmf2/). The reason why I like to use this setup is due to light weight and portable.

I would recommend you to use 50mm f1.8.

It is already sticky in Small Compact Digitals by Canon (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=15)

Is this the one you mean? >>> http://www.canogacamera.com/e/env/0001WzuZfjCLEqcuXA2K7D5/searchresults.html?link=-DD-/info_pages/cam_info.html&item=invnew:49377
If so, I can fit this on my A95 (I know this is silly question, cuz this is what this thread is all about, but, but I think I'm in shock:P) thank you for the information!

Yes.
You can use 50mm f1.8 MkII or any brand of 50mm with f1.8 or bigger for reverse lens.
