After the bombings in London a lot has been made of this site:

Some of the photo manipulation is excellent, as are the sentiments.

I am off to London a couple of times in the next few weeks. I will admit that I am slightly nervous, but I am going and I will be travelling on the tube. Not to do so would be to give in.

So glad to hear it and see it, I wish all of the Americans had the same strength that you Brits have, most do, but it seems a lot have forgotten 9/11. We can never allow them to win, and by showing fear and changing our lifestyles we do just that. We must all keep that stiff upper lip and continue on, we are all in this together. Terrorism cannot not be allowed to win.

Probably helps that any Londoner that has been there a while will, in the back of their mind at least, be somewhat more used to this kind of evil behaviour as a result of the activities of the IRA terrorist organization. Sure there hasn't been anything from them in a while, but I remember getting sent home from school because there had been bomb threats at the neighboring military facility.

Sure it doesn't make any event easy to deal with if you are involved in it, but for anyone not directly connected it does kind of get a 'been there, done that' kind of feel.
