is there a spot without fence from the infield? I will be using a 70-200.

Two locations might work.

One spot, from which the above image of Will Power was taken at 200mm, is on the inside of the first turn, near a souvenir stand. The location is just past the entrance to the first turn, at a spot where the slow cars on race day will be running at 210 miles per hour. It's a tough spot for photography because you have very little chance to pick up the cars before they flash into range. Another nearby area offers a longer view, but it also requires a longer lens for decently framed shots, from 400mm and up. Both of these areas are behind fences that can be handled easily with long lenses.

Another spot, from which Ryan Hunter-Reay was captured at 200mm, is on the inside of the third turn. You will have to sight through a fence at this location, but as shown here, the impact of the fence can be minimized by getting the front element of the lens right up to the fence.

The area inside the fourth turn is pretty much off limits to spectators, and the areas inside the second turn and backstretch have too many fences to be useful.
