Im planning on making my own reflectors. Dont think there will be much to it after i decide how to make the frame. But my concern is what is the silver, gold, white or translucent material made off. Any ideas on what would be the best material to use.
Planning on fitting ith with velcro around perimeter and also around the frame and just using this to fit easily to frame (providing easy interchanging).

I use rescue/survival blankets (exist in silver and gold).

You can get them in sporting goods stores. They're like big sheets of Al foil, but much tougher & tear resistant. Cost is about $1-2.

I used foam core poster board. It works pretty good.

Try the foldup fabric/mylar window shades - the ones that have a spring outer frame and you twist/fold into a small circle for storage. Wal-Mart and all the auto supply places have them in a variety of colors. I would suggest white and shiny silver (like chrome) for a couple to try.
