Nice shots, great looking bike. Ducati power plant. I have the same clutch booster on my bike
Bimota always comes up with amazing designs

I think if you google the Bimota DB7 it'll give you some good data but in the jest I think they dump a Ducati 1098 motor into a light weight body...

$40,000 is the retail on it but this was slightly modified by the factory.

I remember this guy with a bimota. Had a Suzuki engine I think. Looked great, rode well, but you had to take out the engine to get to the oil filter ...

I thought they always used Ducati engines but I could be wrong.

nah bimota used a heap of different engines in their frames. Suzuki engined ones were called SB- ducati are designated DB- and so on. HB- for Honda powered ones, KB- kawa etc. etc

like Loweiken said, you basically had to remove the engine to do pretty much anything on most of them back in the 80's :rolleyes:

The V-due they made in the 90's was a 500cc injected 2 stroke twin.....which wiped the original company out....ironically enough it was their first engine ;)
