Marie, I noticed that today is the anniversary of us both joining POTN!! Somehow you appear to have made a few more posts than me though. :)

Anyway happy anniversary!! And in your honour my favourite song about an Irish woman (and my grand parents are from Galway)

If you, or anyone for that matter, gets the chance to see Sharon Shannon gig then grasp it with both hands. She's just superb! A mix of traditional and modern Irish music and just a wonderful set of musicians.

My son, Martin, was born as Sharon's Bunji Jumping was playing on the CD!! :)
