As I posted in the POTN spending log thread, I'm now the owner of a brand spanking new 70-200 F/2.8 L and a Canon 1.4x II TC. Bought from B&H last Thursday. I've only just now opened the box to check everything out, but I gotta say, this is a very impressive lense! I can't wait to try it out on something. Thanks to everyone that read and/or responded to my request for advice a few weeks ago.
I'm looking forward to getting aquainted with this hardware before I head to Bristol next month for the NASCAR night races. Wish me luck.
