I assume you held down the Mode Button and turned the dial?
Try removing and reseating the module. It may be a bad module.

I have the 358 and also the RF module. Works great! Let me check it when I get home tonight to see if I can help before you return it. It was a bit of a challenge to get it working if I remember right.

When I purchased my L358, I had a hard time getting the transmitter mod to fit. I was afraid I would break a pin. It finally fit and now works great.

You probably already did this but you need to be in TRANSMITTER mode for the PW mod to work. It will not work in any other mode. Same holds true for sync cord (need to be in Sync cord mode).

I do not believe a dip switch pins need to be adjusted, I remember adjusting my dips but I believe it was for other reasons.

i took a day off work today im going to run over to adorama and exchange it.. as far as i understand w/the module seated you hold the mode button down while turning the wheel and you go into the transmit mode. but i dont even show the transmit icon, i suspect the module is bad
