No, not the lizards.

I was in Indianapolis late last week and through the weekend, and shot this band at a place called "The Hang", which is a mobile nightclub set up by the sponsors of the convention I was attending.

Anyway, here are some shots:

The convention was put on by NAMM (National Association of Music Merchants). There are two shows a year and, at each summer show, they set this up.

Anyway, comments and critiques are welcomed and appreciated.

Thanks!

I like 1 and 4.
1. Pity you just chopped his feet off. For me the focus is good and the slight burring of some elements (like his leg) indicates movement.
4. A tighter crop to eliminate the amp in front of him (maybe portrait would've helped here)

You know, it's odd. A lot of the bands I shoot like having something in the picture to give it the perspective of being on stage, and often ask that something like a monitor (it's actually not an amp) be included in the shot.

Normally, I try to shoot bar bands in a manner that makes them look like they're not a bar band. Now, clearly, this isn't your run-of-the-mill bar band, but I guess old habits die hard.

Thanks for the comments!

Steve
