I picked a few quarts at Mom's last weekend. Today I got a 1/2 gallon of French Vanilla ice cream to go with them. Mmmm! ;)

yum yum yum

beautiful shots

they are my favourite fruit
if it's to be strawberries or raspberries I pick raspberries every time
sounds good with the vanilla ice cream too http://www.photography-on-the.net/forum/images/smilies/tongue3.gif

not sure if the ice cream being french makes a difference though
that title could be just thrown in as a snobby thing,
like the winehttp://www.photography-on-the.net/forum/images/smilies/icon_lol.gif http://www.photography-on-the.net/forum/images/smilies/icon_lol.gif http://www.photography-on-the.net/forum/images/smilies/icon_lol.gif

I thought tom and jerry's was the thing in ice cream over there http://www.photography-on-the.net/forum/images/smilies/icon_confused.gif

Thank's, Marie. Edy's French Vanilla seems to have more vanilla than some others & makes a nice contrast to the berries. Raspberries come in 2nd for me, right after Michigan cherries.

sounds good Frank
I have a few raspberries growing wild here
they are coming out (and high up ) through the flower bush
came in underground from a neighbour's and I love it
the old neighbour who used to grow them let me pick them (wanted me to) :D
but he has since died so I was delighted to see some of his old stock coming in under the wall .
the new neighbours cut down every thing he had growing

by the way I add a few drops of vanilla to buns I bake
love it added to a lot of things

Wild raspberries are great! Blueberries, too, if you watch out for the bears! ;)

Mmmmmmm. my mouth is watering.Just be sure not to make comments like that in the glamour section!

I'll assume that's your way of saying the photographer succeeded in making his subject look attractive.;)

Great shots, Frank. Did you use your white card?

Also, I'm wondering if you did anything with saturation and/or contrast. I'm just starting to experiment with those adjustments in the RAW converter.

Yes on the white card. I did make some corrections in RSE on the 1st two pics, but I lucked out & didn't change a thing on the last one. ;-) (Doesn't happen often!)
