Hey folks,
I just tried to download some pics from my Canon A20 using Zoombrowser 2.1 on Windows XP and it says it does not detect the camera. I've been able to download pics before without a problem, but suddenly not now. I updated to Zoombrowser 4.0 and downloaded the WSIB (??) driver and those did not work. I also downloaded and installed breezesys 1.5 and it won't recognize the camera. The only thing I can think of, is that I used my scanner since the last time I downloaded pics. Could have that affected anything? Is there something I should do with the drivers? (they're both installed) Any help would be greatly appreciated.
