easy photo's to cd

I will be travelling soon with visits to internet cafe's being my only way of saving photos from my S45.

Is there any easy way to download photo's onto a c: drive so that I can save them to my portable CD re-writer? Or do I have to install Zoombrowser to capture the photos.

The easiest, smallest memory option would be much appreciated.

What OS does the computer use?

I assume it will be on a windows 2000 platform since it will be done in Internet cafe's.

What process do I have to go through to download the photos from my camera to the c: drive in the easiest way?
