Second Base Steal NOT!

I'm not getting this shot. Was this a pickoff attempt by the pitcher to keep the runner close to 2nd base? We usually don't see shots like a runner stealing second from THIRD BASE!!! Plus, it doesn't help that the dirt obscured (what I believe) to be 2nd base?

Whatever was going on, your timing was superb on the shot!
